- Some players when they hit wrongly the ball they injured their hands and for this reason they couldn't play during the season.
- Many players see as in cold weather, some of their fingers stay white and blood doesn't circulate through them (Raynaud's Syndrome)

The ball: the ball that it is used in the speciality of "pelota mano" it has a weight that ranges between 101 and 103 grams, and is usually made of nylon thread inside.
Clothing
Players must be dressed in a short-sleeved shirt and white pants.
When they play in pairs normarlly one team wears a red shirt and the other team wears a blue shirt, but the two will coincide with wearing white pants.
When they play individual, the color of the shirt doesn't matter.
